Chiropractor

Aaron Frach D.C.

Dr. Aaron Frach brings a unique individualized approach to the patients of Blaine Family Chiropractic & Anoka Family Wellness. He has experience in sports performance, rehabilitation, pediatric care, pregnancy, and pain management.

Dr. Aaron is a Cum Laude Palmer College of Chiropractic graduate, and has a variety of techniques that he is able to utilize for a personalized experience. Dr. Aaron is an avid hockey enthusiast who played at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, and is the Head Coach for Coon Rapids High School Hockey team.

He and his wife, Jessica, enjoy being active and spending time with their three children Cooper, Stella, and Madison.

Kiaja Tolzmann D.C.

Dr. Kiaja Tolzmann is a graduate of Minnesota State University Moorhead with a degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She attended chiropractic school at Northwestern Health Sciences University and graduated in 2014.

Dr. Kiaja joined her father's practice in Waite Park MN until his retirement in 2017 and is beyond excited to be joining the family at Blaine Family Chiropractic. Dr. Kiaja specializes in maternity and pediatric care but enjoys treating patients of all ages.

In her free time Dr. Kiaja loves to spend time with her family, friends and new baby boy! She enjoys spending time out on the water kayaking or water skiing, and curling up with a good book. She especially enjoys camping with her husband and is excited to take her son river camping for the first time this summer.

Chiropractor

Mitchell Thilges D.C.

Dr. Mitchell Thilges is an enthusiastic doctor of chiropractic originally from Des Moines, IA. He graduated Cum Laude from St. Ambrose University, earning a B.S. in Biology with an emphasis on human health and behavioral neuropsychology. He then went on to graduate Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA, where he earned his Doctorate of Chiropractic.

Dr. Mitchell is trained in numerous techniques and adjusting styles and has experience with prenatal care, athletics, and young adult care, but can work with the whole family across all ages. He is very excited to be part of the Blaine Family Chiropractic & Anoka Family Wellness team and take care of the surrounding community!

In his free time, Dr. Mitchell likes to workout, explore new restaurants and coffee shops, spend time with his siblings and friends, watch movies, and be outside as much as possible!
